I’ve been using this product for 3 years by now. I don’t have severe insomnia, so I do not have prescibed sleeping pills. But just like everyone, I do have some nights, hard to fall a sleep, nervous break down, or frustrated and freaked out that my heart pounds like crazy. I take this pill (2-3 at once) and it makes me calm down. I love this product since there is no chemical used. It’s all herbs, so you don’t get addicted like other chemicals.

I hope they don’t change the formula because ‘calms’ and ‘night-forte’ taste terrible…seems like a company has a good product and they stop making it to make something worse.
If I use it too many nights in a row I get a headache.
It works really well though I usually take 2 or three and I fall asleep naturally…no sudden coma or anything.
I stocked up because I tried the other Hyland sleep pills and they taste so bad I can’t use them.

Have used this product about a half dozen times and it seems to work as described. Relaxes me sufficiently to fall asleep within a short period of time after ingestion.

I really like Hyland’s Insomnia. It is pleasant to the taste and works quickly.
I have taken it right before I went to bed and it worked just O.K. However if I place a few under my tongue right as I am turning off the lights, it works really well. It relaxes me so that I can drift off.
